Originally from Canada, Patricia has called Chapel Hill and Durham, NC home since 1997. Having moved multiple times throughout her life, she has a deep understanding of the financial and community security that homeownership brings. Patricia treasures spending time with her best friend and husband of 40 years, her grown children and grandchildren. You can find her glamping in her camper, boating along the shores of the NC coast and dancing in the kitchen.
