Originally from England, Julian Jahoo has spent the past 26 years in North Carolina's Triangle area, including 20 years as a Realtor. Before transitioning to real estate, he dedicated 10 years to traveling with Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines as Maitre'd and continued working in the hospitality industry after settling in North Carolina.

In 2021, he successfully sold out 25 high-end custom units in less than six months at Maida Vale in Durham, with prices ranging from 1.4 million to over 2 million. Julian currently resides in Mebane with his wife, Sonia, a Nurse Anesthetist at Rex Hospital in Raleigh. They have two adult children, Reese and Vanessa, as well as their youngest daughter Emmy, who is a devoted "Daddy's girl."

Originally from Dayton, Ohio, Caroline studied Interior Design at Appalachian State University, where she developed a strong eye for visual presentation, storytelling, and brand aesthetics, skills that seamlessly translate into her work in real estate marketing. A fourth-generation Realtor, she earned her Ohio real estate license early in her career but chose to plant roots in North Carolina, where she discovered her passion for helping agents grow their business through thoughtful branding and operational support.

In her dual role, Caroline is the go-to person for all things marketing and coordination. Julia grew up in Raleigh, NC and went to college in Chapel Hill.  After graduate school in Colorado, she returned back home to NC and shortly thereafter bought her first house. 

Julia's passion for real estate began as soon as she understood the value of homeownership as an investment, and the sense of security that comes with investing in her community.  Her background as an occupational therapist gives her the skills to be adaptable and driven to create the best experience for each individual she works with.   

Julia and her husband have 3 wonderful children and currently live in Hillsborough.  You can often find her in the community at one of her children's many activities or walking their family dog.  Julia has an innate drive to help others find a sense of home and her many years of life experience in the greater Triangle area make her an excellent resource to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.
