Originally from Dayton, Ohio, Caroline studied Interior Design at Appalachian State University, where she developed a strong eye for visual presentation, thoughtful design, and the power of creating meaningful experiences. Those skills naturally evolved into a career in real estate marketing, where she combines creativity with strategy to elevate both the client and agent experience.

As a fourth-generation Realtor, Caroline earned her Ohio real estate license early in her career, giving her a unique understanding of the industry from both the operational and consumer perspectives. After planting roots in North Carolina, she discovered her passion for helping agents grow their businesses through intentional branding, innovative marketing, and systems designed to create consistency and confidence.

As Marketing Director, Caroline leads the vision and execution behind Hart & Jahoo's marketing initiatives, from property campaigns and digital strategy to agent branding and community events. She thrives on developing creative ideas and building marketing systems that help both Hart & Jahoo and its agents shine. Whether launching a new campaign, planning an event, or refining a process behind the scenes, Caroline loves bringing ideas to life and finding new ways to support the team's continued growth and success. She believes that great marketing is about more than beautiful visuals—it's about creating connection, telling authentic stories, and leaving a lasting impression.

Outside of work, you'll likely find Caroline with a maple latte from Sola Coffee Café in hand, getting lost in a good book, heading to a Hurricanes game, enjoying a concert, or settling in for a movie night with her dog, Sonny nearby. She finds inspiration in both life's big moments and its quieter ones, bringing that same energy, curiosity, and creativity into everything she does.
