Malika D'Aprix
Operations & Support Lead
Malika is bilingual in French and English, bringing a global perspective and strong communication skills to the team. Originally from France with Moroccan roots, Malika grew up surrounded by culture, travel, and adventure. Frequent visits to Casablanca and Marrakech gave her an early appreciation for history, people, and experiencing different parts of the world.
She later studied Legal Studies in Paris, where she spent much of her time exploring museums, visiting historic landmarks, biking along the Seine, and attending theatre performances. During this time, she also traveled extensively throughout Europe and North Africa, visiting Spain, Belgium, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Egypt, Tunisia, Morocco, and Croatia.
After meeting her husband in Paris, Malika moved to Florida where she began working in e-commerce and discovered a love for endurance sports and fitness, completing six half-marathons while regularly practicing hot yoga.
As her family grew, Malika spent several years focused on raising her two children, Ryan & Sara, before relocating to Pittsboro, North Carolina in 2020. Drawn to the slower pace of life and strong sense of community, Pittsboro quickly became the place they were excited to call home.
Before joining Hart & Jahoo, Malika worked at Amazon as a Night Shift Area Manager, where she led a team of more than 140 employees and gained extensive experience in leadership, operations, and problem-solving at scale.
Today, she brings that operational mindset and leadership experience to the Hart & Jahoo Team, where she is excited to step into the real estate industry and support the systems and people that help the team thrive.
Outside of work, Malika enjoys yoga, strength training, reading, and tackling complex jigsaw puzzles, and loves spending time with her family skiing, ice skating, or watching hockey together.
