One of the questions we are asked most often by other agents is simple: Why LPT?

For us, the answer has never been about finding a brokerage to build our business. We have always believed that responsibility belongs to us.

One of the things we appreciate most about LPT Realty is its flexibility. Rather than offering a one size fits all model, LPT provides two commission options that allow agents to choose the structure that best fits their business.

Agents can choose a traditional 80/20 commission split with a $15,000 annual cap and the opportunity to participate in revenue share, or a 100 percent commission model, where agents pay a $500 transaction fee until reaching a $5,000 annual cap, with no post cap fees.

Regardless of which option an agent chooses, there are no monthly brokerage fees. We believe that simplicity matters because every dollar an agent keeps is another opportunity to reinvest in marketing, education, client events, professional photography, video, or growing their personal brand.

Financial flexibility is only part of what makes LPT stand out.

Our agents also have access to Lofty CRM, ongoing training, compliance support, and Listing Power Tools, which includes more than 188 professionally designed print and digital marketing pieces for listings, buyers, sellers, open houses, and more. Resources like Zillow Showcase, professional marketing materials, and innovative technology help our agents deliver an elevated experience while spending less time creating & printing basic materials from scratch.

For us, the value is not found in one specific feature. It is found in having a platform that gives agents the flexibility to build their business while still providing the resources, education, and support they need to grow.
